I'm an artist, yes, but what kind?

I love abstract painting, illustration, collage, making jewelry, working with clay, sewing, embroidery and cross stitch, crocheting, photography, and writing. I believe that diversity and adaptability are two of the greatest tools a creator can have at their disposal.

People who insist artists must "pick a lane" make me tired.

About Me

She Was a Fairy

I love being in nature and observing the small details people might normally miss; the bees buzzing between flowers, the birds nestled among the branches of the trees, the rabbits hiding in the underbrush. These are the things that emerge most often in my art work as Mother Nature is my greatest muse. I believe in being a good steward for the land and doing what we can to preserve what wild places we have left.

Intuitive Card Reader

I read tarot, Lenormand, and oracle cards. I enjoy exploring the intersection between the esoteric and psychology. My style as a reader is not to give direct answers, but rather to help people honor their own inner knowing so that they aren't caught in a loop of perpetually seeking answers outside of themselves. I believe learning to trust one's own intuition is one of the most vital skills a person can possess. I'm not here to hand anyone a map but rather help them to calibrate their compass.

Death & Grief Doula

I'm a death doula, memory care provider, and am well versed in being present with grief - my own as wells as others. These are roles that require presence, emotional intelligence, and a way to transmute that energy, hence all of the artistic outlets. Different emotions demand different means of expression. Who am I to deny that? I enjoy legacy work and helping people answer the question, "How would you like to be remembered?"

“It is good to love many things, for therein lies the true strength, and whosoever loves much performs much, and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is well done.”

Vincent Van Gogh
